It's Christmas Eve at the North Pole and Santa has vanished! That would be enough trouble for Festive, the brand new Head Elf. But his problems are just beginning. As he tries to deal with the suspense, romance, and a cast full of hilarious characters, the clock ticks steadily toward midnight, with no Santa in sight!
But of course, this is Holiday Hollow, so you can count on music; magic; beautiful sets, costumes, and decorations; a majestic "North Pole Christmas Nativity Pageant;" and a happy ending.
After enchanting show in our theater, families can visit Holiday Hollow's decorated village, where Santa will greet them in his workshop and hear what the children want for Christmas. More than just a show, it's an "enchanting experience" for all ages!
How is this show different from a Holiday Hollow Halloween visit?
This is primarily an indoor theatrical production, a Christmas play presented in Holiday Hollow's beautiful, heated "Yorkshire Hall."
How long will we stay?
The play will run about 90 minutes, including intermission. You may opt to put on your overcoats after the show and visit Holiday Hollow's village, where Santa's workshop will be located. Children will be able to sit on Santa's lap, tell him what they want for Christmas, and see an indoor Christmas train display.
Is photography permitted?
We're sorry, but photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited during the stage show. However, you are welcome to take pictures of your child in Santa's Workshop in the Holiday Hollow village.
What ages will enjoy this show?
We’re a family attraction and Holiday Hollow's Christmas Enchantment reaches many age levels, from young children to adults. However, as with our Halloween Festival, we always stress that we’re not “a Barney place.” So we suggest this rule of thumb: if your child can sit through and enjoy, for example, a Disney movie in a theater without getting bored or restless, then they will enjoy the Christmas Enchantment show. If you think they are not ready to go to a movie in a theater, they are probably not quite ready for the Christmas Enchantment show -- but we hope to be offering it for years to come!
What are the show times?
Saturday, December 4th at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 5th at 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 11th at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 12th at 2:00 p.m.
What’s included in the admission price?
The owners of Holiday Hollow remember when they were young parents with four children, trying to find affordable entertainment for the whole family. Admission includes the show, the visit with Santa in Holiday Hollow's village, and free parking. The only extra charge would be for refreshments.
Are there group rates?
We're sorry, but due to high production costs, there are no group rates for this show. Please see our ticket information, however, for advance sale discount opportunities.
What if there's a bad snowstorm on the show date?
Holiday Hollow will offer a snow date if a show is cancelled because of inclement weather. However, if weather conditions in and near the Holiday Hollow vicinity permit a majority of the audience to attend, a snow date cannot be offered. We're sorry, but due to the tremendous Holiday Hollow investment in this show, all tickets are non-refundable.
Is Holiday Hollow accessible to the handicapped?
Yorkshire Hall, where the show will take place, is accessible to the handicapped. Families with a handicapped member should drive right up to the center door of the lobby (facing Route 5) and assist their handicapped family member in that door. The walk over to the Holiday Hollow village after the show will depend upon weather conditions and each family's own assessment of the ease and safety of that part of the visit. Sadly, Holiday Hollow cannot guarantee handicapped accessibility to the village in the month of December, andfamilies are responsible for making their own safety decisions about that part of the experience.
